Need Conductive Copper Paint

We need to apply copper to a steel bar and we are thinking if there is a painting that can provide all the copper properties. Can you please help us solving this matter?

Paint can have some of the properties of pure copper, but it can't have "all the copper properties", or it would be copper rather than copper paint :-)

But copper paint may serve your needs depending on what they are.
