Chem Film Rework plan

Q. Hello all looking for some guidance,
right now we have a considerable amount of chem film rework that we can not get a hold of. We are using aluminum parts and need to do touch up work using Type 1 class 3 chem film. We have BONDERITE M-CR 600 RTU AERO (FORMERLY: ALODINE 600 RTU and BONDERITE M-CR 1132 AERO (FORMERLY: ALODINE 1132 TOUCH-N-PREP PEN). Our process looks like this, typically if an area has a scratch through chemfilm we remove the scratches with red scotchbrite then clean the area using alcohol. We then proceed to use BONDERITE C-IC 33 AERO (known as TURCO ALUMIPREP 33) to prep the area for chem film touchup. Then we brush the chemfilm on or use touch up pen to disperse chem film coating. In past we have used a heat-gun while applying as it has helped sometimes with the coating to adhere to part. We are looking for any products or technique needed to help these parts get coated properly. Any help is appreciated.
