Foam deposition on E-Coat/CED Parts

Q. I am a new engineer at a paint line, and largely unfamiliar with troubleshooting problems (I have a background in Controls and Design). We are seeing foam deposition on flat horizontal surfaces after the E-Coat Bath. The foam is easily wiped by hand or cloth, but we have no way to integrate this into our line. The chemistry in the tank is all within spec, thought the conductivity is a tad high (still within bounds). I am unable to share images at this time. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
