Sludge on top of parts when ED coating

Q. Hi, I am running an ed coating in Malaysia and now we are having a sludge issue on top of the part, however this issue is not continuous. How can i remove this issue completely? As for now, we suspect the paint sludge inside paint tank. How can we reduce the sludge without doing a tank cleaning? Is there any other solution?
