Need Brush Finish on Steel Plates

RFQ: Hi folks - I have a requirement to put a brush finish on some P&O 1/4" carbon steel plate parts. Parts are 28 each 14 X 16. Having a problem finding a vendor in the Portland or Seattle area that can do this. Suggestions please.
