What chemical would a master plumber use that would cause heat when in contact with water?

Q. What chemical a master plumber would be familiar with that would cause heat when I'm contact with water cause heat. Why is it everytime I am around this one certain person , I'm immediately my skin looses all life , like sunken in and my hair wicked dry and Matt's. When I go to rinse my hair the water is cool sad I spray onto my hair , ithe water builds up like it does slide down when I apply pressure to my hair a puddle of water and it's really warm like really but not scorching hot. Ialso I get really sleepy and I actually nodd, also my body aches like my muscles and joints. If anyone can give me chemicals that would do this. I really am being tortured and the only way I can prove is if I know what chemical to be tested for.
