Best Bright Chrome effect paint for polystyrene plastic

Q. Hi Ted,
I'm sure the vast collective knowledge that gathers here can give me some good ideas about this enquiry.
Do you or any of the others, know of the best, i.e. most reflective, chrome like finish that can be applied to polystyrene plastic?
I have heard that a base coat of a good hard black gloss is a good way to start.
Any pointers will be most welcome.
Thanks and best regards
Mark
