Need to pre-coat polyester fabric for PVD aluminum coating

Q. I'm looking to increase the brilliance of the aluminum coating on my polyester fabric which is used for solar reflection in the window treatment industry.

Is there a high gloss or reactive pre-coat for polyester fabrics which smoothes the surface and as a result show a mirror like aluminum coating?
Bear in mind the substrate has to remain flexible.

Looking for some help or a consultant who is interested in joining the development.
