Will paint withstand while moving a vehicle top of it

Q. Hi,
We have a road blocker which we painted with Jotun liquid paint; on top of it, we are applying a clear coat. My question is, what will be the impact while the vehicle is moving top of the road blocker? will it break even after fully cured and ready for service as per TDS?
any suggestion on what better painting option can be done with this kind of application?
