Q. Looking for process help on GHA. For dies of pharma thermoforming machines.
Can anyone share some information on golden hard anodising of 7075 aluminum?

All I know is it's a hard anodising with simultaneous deposition of silver into the cervices at the center of oxide crystals, which does the job of sealing and closing off porosities, thus improving the non-stick properties and also improving anti-bacterial properties. Any information on the chemicals, process parameters, metallurgy, would be welcome.
