Nickel adhesion to silicone

Q. I place silicone on top of Nickel plated surface --> cure at 150 °C 2 hours -- somehow the silicone leaks after that. I originally thought this is silicone issue, after that I change different silicone batches and only found this problem occur with unique batches of Nickel surface. What are the likely causes? Nickel reactivity accelerates at high temperature?
