Matte black finish for mild steel rivets

Q. We have mild steel rivets of small size. We want a matte black finish on the article as shown in the below photo!

Also we need a salt spray test of minimum 72 hours for the same. Can you suggest me the best way to find a best possible solution.

A. Hello. You can use zinc with subsequent passivation in black.
