Post-dip to improve color of gold plating?
Q. I have done brass plating on metal but the color of this metal is very light golden and customer wants dark color like 24 kt gold plating. So what chemical should be added to the solution that will produce the closest color to the gold plating in the brass solution?
Which solution enhances the color of the plating? For example, we deposit light color gold plating on jewelry, then dip into the liquid which makes the color more dark yellow and brighter without current.
