Descaling of CR & HR Mig welding in preparation for plating

Q. Hi, I have a problem with descaling of welded parts (MIG & ELECTRIC WELDING) with CR STEEL & HR STEEL, the descaling I'm doing now is with HCl but this needs manual job to eliminate all the scale. Is there any way to eliminate this scale just by immersion in the bath. I plan to balance a semiautomatic acid zinc plating line and just have 5 minutes for descaling. I will appreciate your help.
