Looking for small custom titanium anode baskets

RFQ: My name is Robert Lackey I own a small electronics business in Guatemala. I want to switch from hand assembling small electronic (hot, they glow) assemblies using Jewelry making Techniques, to electroforming them from NiCo. I'm going to start by using some 10 liter glass beaker [beakers on eBay or Amazon [affil link] s I just happen to have that are 210 mm in diameter and 355 mm deep (265 mm deep liquid). The problem I have run into is having the custom titanium anode baskets made. Every company I have contacted never responds. I used to be in the metal casting business and the problem there is crazy, even people wanting to place multi million dollar contracts and even government agents often can't get a response from anyone.
I'm hoping the plating business is a little better and there are good suppliers that I just haven't found yet.
Any suggestions?
