A. Hi JEETENDRA. An epoxy powder coating on top of proper zinc phosphatizing is probably the best you'll do with a sprayed thermosetting powder. May we assume UV-resistance is not required? Although nylon is not truly acid-resistant, a heavy fluidized-bed application of thermoplastic nylon should far well in mildly acidic situations.
If you need true acid resistance you probably would need plastisol coating.
