GP punched tape concertina wire rusts only when sent to some cities

Q. My Name is Raviprakash, we are supplying punched tape made from GP Coil of thickness 0.5 mm with mass of zinc min. 275 GSM to concertina coil manufacture.
We are continuously facing Red rust issue from the supplies done to Ahmedabad whereas there is no issue in the supply made to Mumbai.
