Zinc plating problem, You do not have enough information,

What defect you describe, parts look yellowish, pits, without any more information, hard to solve the problem.

A. Since the discolor is mostly across the bottom edge of the parts, then we suspect floating soil in the rinse tanks, turn off the agitation and newspaper blot off the floating soil, then speed up the continuously overflowing rinse water to keep the surface clear so that the bottom edge does not pick up floating soil.
