KTL shielding spot technical term

Q. Hello,

what is the technical term of surface aspect difference of the KTL surface treatment on the place where the hooks come in contact with the treatable tube/part? Shielding resulting spots...

shading defect in e-coating

I use the term of decolouration but....not feeling confident in it's correctness.
