Pretreatment for ZnTi alloy. 95% Zn, 5% Ti

Q. I was checking on the other threads, though my question is different.
We are job coaters, doing anodising, powder, wood sublimation and PVDF. One customer needs PVDF coating on Zn Ti alloy sheets 95% and 5 % composition.
Kindly suggest on the compatibility or do we need to adopt a different pre treatment system. The present one is as per the AAMA specs.

? Hi Sanjay. Sorry, I've never even heard of such an alloy, let alone the best treatment for it :-(

Can you please refer us to the AAMA specification number you're talking about, or give us a published reference to this alloy so we can learn a little bit about it -- I couldn't quickly find anything useful with google. Thanks!

Luck & Regards,
