-----Best leveling agent for anti-corrosion waterbased coating?
Q. We are producing a water-based anti-corrosion coating. This coating consists of 3 components that are mixed in a certain ratio before applying the coating. This coating is applied by dip-spin method and then baking at 320 °C. We use polyether modified polysiloxane copolymer as the leveling agent. But this leveling agent reduces the salt spray from 700 hours to about 150 hours.
I'm looking for the best substitution that doesn't affect the anti-corrosion properties. Thank you
