Clean and descale Titanium per STO110LA0008

Q. / RFQ: Our company makes airplane parts. We have several contracts for Titanium parts. They require the following process and I cannot find any vendor that does it. Boeing's website had one listed but they no longer do it.
Would anybody have any idea who might do it or if there's an approved equivalent?
The process required is: "Clean and descale per STO110LA0008".

I am the Contracts Manager, that has been tasked to find a vendor, but I am not trained technically. Thank you.

Ed. note: This RFQ is outdated, but technical replies are welcome, and readers are encouraged to post their own RFQs. But no public commercial suggestions please ( huh? why?).

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
