A. Hi cousin. You have identified yourself as a student but it is not easy to tell whether you are still in high school and doing a general technology science project, or whether you are an intern at a tile manufacturing plant and you already know ten times as much about the subject as the rest of us :-)

If the former, I found

very interesting, and it ought to tell you everything you need to know for your report.

If the latter, you would need books which fully describe these technologies. I'm not aware of any in English, but here is one in Chinese if that helps .

If you have very specific questions, please get back to us with them because there is a fair chance that a reader skilled in this subject may find your question and offer help ... but realistically nobody is going to spend hours here writing a 20-page paper for you, explaining "in detail" what there is no know about the polishing machines and processes for these two different technologies.
