Dross sticks to work, but no dross in galvanizing kettle

Q. Hi,
We have facing a new issue in our zinc kettle some bubbles containing dross were coming out at the time of dipping and sticking to work surface during withdrawal of material.
It contains dross ... We have checked our kettle but there is no dross at bottom. We have added lead during last crossing 5 days back.
We are unable to identify reason. Please advice for above phenomena.
Regards
Dinesh

A. Sir:

If you just slid the lead over the side of the kettle, then it likely went to the bottom rapidly and blew the dross up into the zinc.
