Black dots in brass castings

Q. I am running a metal accessories mural related company... We are using brass aluminum copper for casting process. In some brass metal we made we are having black dots within 1 week. Some are good with no black dots. We don't know what is the exact problem. Please help us.

A. Hi Vasanth. It seems to me that the black dots are corrosion products of some sort, but it's hard to say what the difference is between the good and bad castings when we have no information about them. What is the supposed composition? What is the casting temperature? Where and how are these castings stored for a week?
