-----Rhodium Plating: Required Anode Area?
Q. Hello everyone,
I do Rhodium electroplating in a 10 L bath (H:20 cm, W:18 cm and L:26 cm). I use 6 pieces of anode over the length of the bath (3 pcs on right and 3 pcs on left).
I want to know, can I use 2 pcs anode with larger area instead of previous 6 pcs anodes?
Thank you all

A. Hi Neda. I don't picture this causing any problems.

Q. Dear Ted,
Thank you for your response. But do you know what kind of area (small or large) is more suitable for Rh plating?

A. Hi. The anode area should be equal to or greater than the area of the surface being plated. See letter 47365 please.
