Tin plating solution for plating nanopillars?

Q. I am fabricating polycrystalline (D: 20-25nm each crystalline) tin nanopillars (D: 500nm each pillar) on silicon substrate and am looking for 100% plating solution (industrial grade) that I can use. Initially we will use PVD followed by electroplating.
Kindly advise?
