Want Galvanizing Spangle to Match

Q. I am here Production Manager in Wet flux galvanizing line. I am only one who is looking after this line.
My Question:
Dear Sir,
Here we are facing problem in spangle formation. Spangle border is not being matched to each other; it has separations. Please help me to rectify.
