Cathodic protection of buried 316L piping near the sea

Q. Could any tell me used of stainless steel 316L pipes with polyethylene tape wrapped buried underground require any cathodic protection(CP), if require what are suitable type of CP to be used, the SS316L pipes are buried alongside close to the sea which is very corrosive with the present of salt content.
