Spraying over/repairing UV coated cabinets

Q. Calling all wood finishers, I am curious what you other guys in our industry are doing along the lines of spraying a film finish over existing UV coated material. I do a lot of work on-site and typically use pre-cat lacquers, both water base and solvent.

In the past I have used a product called Isolante from ICA coatings as a primer coat after which I could successfully top coat with pre cat lacquer solvent based. However that stuff is nasty to be spraying in someone's home. It is made to enable you to spray over oily exotic woods and has acetone as its main vehicle. So I am looking for alternatives because I am running into more and more UV coatings and and predict that this will continue to be the case. Please advise, thanks guys.
