A. That would take several books to cover all of the possibilities.
Basically, you have given no useful information. Even with a great deal of information, the answer is to long for a simple answer at a site like this.
I think that you need to find a good consultant that can sit down with you and find out enough information to be able to design a complete system for you.
The cost can be considerable. You might want to contract the work out for a while.
