Fastener coating for Aluminum 6061-T6 piece bolted to steel flange

Q. We specialize in primarily aluminum construction and are looking for an abrasion resistant coating for our fasteners. We are equally concerned about steel corrosion and galvanic corrosion as we are joining dissimilar metals - steel and 6061-T6.

We also need it to be black.

Which coating or material will be best to this application?

A. Zinc Flake is available in black and would be ideal. so would mechanical Tin Zinc if you can source it.
