Looking for Wetting Additive for Caustic Cleaner.
Q. I own an engine shop and have caustic based cleaner. I am looking for a wetter additive that won't be rejected by the caustic (maybe some kind of low flash solvent?). Of course this means I want to speed my cleaning time up. Current bath specs are, Dip Tank, 180 degrees, 2 pounds per gallon with agitation, cleaning time on engine blocks 1 to 2 hours.
