Want Conductively-doped Silicon Carbide coating

Q. I need certain items to be coated with silicon carbide, and I need the latter to be conductive, so it needs to be doped first.

Anyone can help me with this?

A. Perhaps you could investigate about composite electroless nickel+SiC particles.

A. It is difficult to offer you any help when you provide so little information. How thick do you need the coating to be? Is it going to be subject to any wear? How conducting must it be? Is texture important? What is the substrate material? How temperature sensitive is it?

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
