Analysis method to check Palladium size and condition under scope

Q. Dear all,

I have a question regarding Palladium use in Activator/catalyst solution in plastic plating line. We face some problems and one piece of advise was to check for palladium size and condition under scope.

Could someone help me on the method to check Palladium (Pd) under microscope? Is it possible to check for the Pd particle size and over what size the Pd performance starts to deteriorate?
