Composition of MIL-A-8625 - Type 1C anodizing bath

February 28, 2012

Q. Hi fellows,

I have a doubt about the bath composition of the type 1C of MIL-A-8625.
According to this MIL standard, this bath shall be prepared using mineral or mixed/mineral organic acids (non-chromic acid), I never heard about this bath before, even though a company that use this process. So, does someone know a bath composition for this MIL type and would like to share?

Thank you!
