Reaction between Stainless Steel and Tantalum in Hydrochloric Acid

Q. Would there be a serious reaction if a stainless steel helicoil was used with a Tantalum grub screw in Hydrochloric Acid, causing the Tantalum screw to disintegrate? Or have I been sold some 'other' grub screw?
