Aluminium vs Galvalume roofing

Q. I am constructing a 1,00,000 sgft warehouse and wish to know which roofing material is better

a) Colored Aluminium corrugated roofing
b) Colored Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55%) steel corrugated roofing

Aluminum roofing is supposed to be costlier but are the advantages of aluminum roofing weigh out the costs in the long run?

Type B. Precoated Aluminium sheets are better for normal warehouse.
