Q. I need to make plating (24k gold) for Iphone 4 for the cover & frame, what is the best process

Hi, Abedalraziq.

It's a bit difficult to know how to answer your question because you haven't told us how much if any experience you have with plating. But you need to find out what the case is made of to do the proper pretreatment (aluminum requires a zincate pretreatment process, and the parameters will vary depending upon the alloy). Then you need to nickel or white bronze plate it, and then plate it with 24K gold, probably "hard acid gold" available from such suppliers as Technic. Good luck.
