Dissolving Nickel while leaving Copper Unaffected?

What chemicals and processes could I use to dissolve Nickel while leaving Copper unaffected in a copper-nickel amalgum. The actual purpose is dissolving higher-content nickel mixtures more than lower-content nickel, higher content copper mixtures.
