Cleaning Small Parts after Salt Bath Hardening
November 28, 2011
We are doing Hardening in neutral salt bath, but having problems in cleaning after hardening & quenching in oil. Salts are adhered on the surface of the part which we could not removed properly in hot caustic solution ( @60-70 deg) or in HCl.
Is there anything else which can remove adhered salts from the surface?
