Teflon coating on Alumina Tubes to specified thickness

November 26, 2011

Can Teflon coating on Alumina Tubes be done with specified thickness?

The dielectric constant of the alumina can be either 9.6 or 9.9. Inner hole diameter of the Alumina tube is 3 mm excluding the Teflon film , outer diameter of the Alumina tube is 6 mm excluding the teflon film , the thickness of Teflon covered on both sides should be 0.5 mm.

Where can I find this? Thanks!
