Tinta Conductiva

Senhores; Sou da cidade de Ouro Preto, Brasil, e tenho necessidade de obter uma tinta conductiva ( conductive ink ),para dar banhos eletroliticos em pequenas peÁas de plasticos. Gostaria de uma formula simples e barata, ja que sou uma pessoa de pequeno poder aquisitivo.

Estimado Eduardo:

Existen varios metodos para metalizar plasticos, dependen del tipo de plastico que necesites recubrir electroliticamente y de los requerimientos finales del recubrimiento.

Si no necesitas gran adherencia entre la pelicula metalica y el sustrato de plastico, puedes utilizar tintas en base a plata o cobre que se venden en los comercios del gremio.

Si no consigues las tintas, puedes utilizar el metodo del fulminato de plata. Este metodo esta publicado en el "GUIDEBOOK" de Metal Finishing del 99, pag 392 y seguramente en muchas otras publicaciones tecnicas.

Si lo usas ten mucho cuidado, si se seca el fulminato puede explotar.

Estimados señores:
Porfavor sirvanse enviar toda la informacion possible respecto al metalizado electrolitico en superficies no conductoras ,tengo un pequeño taller de galvanica tradicional y estoy interesado en ampliar mis servicios para pequeñas piezas de artesania en barro, bizcocho(ceramica), fibra de vidrio, resina y otros ; tengo nociones basicas y he realizado unas primeras pruebas con plata reducida pero me falta una boquilla o soplete bifido les rogaria me informen todo lo possible respecto a esta tecnologia. Agradeciendole su atencion a la presente y a la espera de una pronta respuesta ; quedo de ustedes
