White Rust Finish on a Zinc Tabletop

I want to finish our Zinc Table with a Acid Washed (White Rust) finish. What product could I use? and what would you seal it with to make it Food-Safe. Would I be able to use this product with a plastic Stencil? Thank you for you time...Vickie
