Looking for a high-end painter, Class AA surface, automotive type finish but nicer

Parts are extremely high-end, Class AA surface. They are plastic/nickel plated parts painted with a translucent paint (9 different colors). Quality standards are extremely high. Production quantities of parts. I'm not looking for a small job shop who can paint one custom car for someone. Needs to be clean environment with production capabilities.
