Galvanized nails clogging in the basket after spin

I am facing problem about nails galvanizing as the product comes out of the kettle and spun it gets clogged and jammed in the basket?
I can't even drop it in for chromating or cooling.

Sir:

The normal way to spin nails is to have holes only in the bottom of the spin basket. The circular sides do not have holes so as to "catch" the nails. Also the baskets are dumped into the quench by a dumper. A higher ACN in the flux and a limited number of nails in each basket also help prevent clogging.
