Plastisol application to avoid to drip

I am working with plastisol for some Plating industries, covering racks with plastisol, but other company require Plastisol on some steel bars. The plastisol used currently is for immersion, when the bar is out of plastisol after the heating, some slips show in the hook area where the bar has been hanged -- so, does there exist some spray gun to apply plastisol to avoid slips? I appreciate your support.

How to make plastisol with non drip formulation? After removing the pins from the plastisol tank after dipping there is drip blob at the end of the pin .
