Need filters for sludge separation from phosphate solution

My self KS Srinivasan, working in Chennai, India.

In order to fulfill the obligation by pollution control board of India we need your help as to how to remove the sludge from phosphate solution and would like to buy sand filters in and around TamilNadu/Karnataka state in India. Please forward your reply.
