Sizing platinum anodes for platinum black plating on small wire ends

I am developing a protocol for plating platinum black onto 10-30 µm wires, Only the cut ends are plated. My current is <= 10 uA. My bath is chloroplatinic acid 1%. How do I go about sizing the anode? I am using a platinum or platinum plated titanium anode. Thanks in advance.
