I am not sure how efficient or fast this solution is, but I believe it is claimed to be quite poor (20-30%).

Potassium gold cyanide KAu(CN)2 8.8 g/l
citric acid C6H8O7 25 g/l
Potassium citrate K3C6H5O7 80 g/l
Cobalt sulphate CoSO4. 7H2O 43 g/l
EDTA (Sodium salt) 15 g/l
Indium sulphate (In2(SO4)3) 1.8 g/l

pH 3.2
I also believe the deposit loses its brightness after about 10 microns.
